At TecyMart, we value your trust. Our goal is to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience. Please read the following policies before making any purchase.
🛍️ Return Policy
Return or replacement available within 3 days of receiving the product only for:
Manufacturing defects
Wrong or physically damaged item
Non-genuine product (must notify within 24 hours)
Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or complaint. Please record the unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
If the product is used, damaged by the customer, or returned without its original packaging, the request will not be accepted.
No return or refund for discounted/offer/flash deal items after delivery is accepted.
If you change your mind after ordering, you must notify us within 24 hours. The product must remain unused and sealed.
💵 Refund Policy
Refund is only processed if:
Replacement is not possible
The item is out of stock
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If payment was made by card or mobile banking, refund will be sent within 7–15 working days.
If you cancel a prepaid order after dispatch, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
🔧 Warranty Policy
Replacement warranty applies only to manufacturing defects (must notify within warranty period).
Replacement is allowed only once during the warranty period.
Products with scratches, dents, or broken seals are not covered.
Warranty processing may take 3–6 weeks.
Some products may carry brand warranty. If the distributor stops service, TecyMart will not be responsible.
📦 Customer Responsibilities
Always check the product during delivery.
Please record an unboxing video while opening the package. It is essential for any future claim.
Return items must be securely packed. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.
⚠️ Important Notes
We do not support software-related issues (bugs, updates, etc.).
Minor issues like packaging difference or image mismatch are not valid return reasons.
